India, June 16 -- Le Rythme, the implementing partner for Enphase Energy's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in India, has successfully completed the "Skills Ignite Potential, Empowering Futures" programme. The three-month training initiative focused on Solar PV Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and employability skills, targeting youth from economically weaker sections in Telangana.

The programme benefited approximately 50 young participants, including women, from Jagtial, Nizamabad, Nirmal, and surrounding districts. It aimed to equip them with industry-relevant green skills to enhance employability and open pathways to sustainable livelihoods in the renewable energy sector.
