India, Aug. 16 -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to India, Meshaal Mustafa Al-Shamali, affirmed the strength of Kuwaiti-Indian relations on Saturday while attending the annual celebration held at the Presidential Palace in New Delhi to mark the 80th anniversary of independence.
