India, July 18 -- Kuwait has accused Iran of striking a major water desalination and power plant for the second time in two days, raising concerns over the safety of critical civilian infrastructure as tensions in the Gulf continue to escalate.
According to Kuwaiti authorities, the latest attack caused fresh damage to the facility, triggered fires and disrupted several electricity generation units, although emergency teams quickly responded to contain the situation.
