India, Sept. 29 -- Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO), one of India's premier fertiliser-producing farmers' cooperatives, reported a pre-tax profit of Rs 824.68 crore for the financial year 2025-26. The society declared a 20% dividend on the equity capital of its member cooperative societies for the year.

The annual accounts of the Society were approved during its 46th annual general body meeting, held on 25th September 2026, at the Ashok Hotel, New Delhi. The meeting was presided over by V Sudhakar Chowdary, Chairman of KRIBHCO, in the presence of the board of directors and attended by delegates from various member cooperatives across the country.
