Ketan Agarwal Murder Case: 'If Siya Didn't Want to Marry, We'd Have Called It Off,' brother tells police
India, June 27 -- The investigation into the alleged murder of Pune businessman Ketan Agarwal has taken another turn, with accused Siya Goyal's brother, Sahil Goyal, telling police that the family would have cancelled the marriage if she had informed them she did not want to marry Ketan.
According to sources, Sahil was questioned by Pune Rural Police for several hours as investigators probed the circumstances leading to Ketan's death at Lohagad Fort. During questioning, he reportedly said the family was never aware that Siya opposed the marriage and insisted they would not have forced her into the alliance had they known her wishes.
