India, April 5 -- In a significant recognition of India's growing influence in urban transformation and futuristic governance, Karuna Gopal, President of the Foundation for Futuristic Cities, has been invited by the Russian Embassy to address the International Open Dialogue titled "The Future of the World: A New Platform for Global Growth" in Moscow.
