India, Feb. 22 -- Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra on Saturday laid foundation stones and inaugurated several development projects in Karawal Nagar, asserting that infrastructure growth in the national capital will now "accelerate further" after what he described as a year of administrative correction.

Mishra, who holds the portfolios of Art, Culture and Languages, Tourism and Labour and is also in-charge of North-East Delhi, said that governance systems have been brought back on track over the past year. He claimed that residents across the city are welcoming what he called a shift towards service-oriented and accountable administration.
