India, July 1 -- A resolve to make Delhi a City of Jeevdaya, the 'Jeevdaya Year' campaign will be launched with the commencement of Chaturmas. Throughout the year, a series of initiatives dedicated to compassion for all living beings will be undertaken, including animal welfare, cow protection and care, Abhaydaan (granting protection to living beings), bird and wildlife conservation, veterinary assistance, environmental protection, tree plantation, and various public awareness and community service programmes.
