India, March 24 -- The board of InterGlobe Aviation, which operates IndiGo, has approved the appointment of Aloke Singh as the airline's new Chief Strategy Officer.

In his new role, Singh will oversee long-term strategic planning and lead company-wide transformation initiatives aimed at boosting growth, improving efficiency, and strengthening IndiGo's competitive position in the global aviation market.
