India, June 15 -- In a significant step towards nation-building through military-civil integration, the Indian Army and Bharti Airtel Pvt. Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand communication infrastructure and establish mobile connectivity in remote areas of the Kameng district, Arunachal Pradesh.
