India to host International Type 1 Diabetes Summit 2026 in Jodhpur
India, July 24 -- The Friends of Mewar, in collaboration with Breakthrough T1D and the William J Clinton Foundation, have announced that the International Type 1 Diabetes Summit 2026 will be held from July 30 to August 1 in Jodhpur.
The three-day summit will bring together endocrinologists, policymakers, researchers and patient advocates from the US, Australia and across India to deliberate on equitable Type 1 Diabetes care. The announcement comes as Type 1 Diabetes in children has received formal recognition in India's national health policy, expected to boost focus on early diagnosis and affordable treatment.
