India, Sept. 4 -- India has once again made it clear that it wants fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi returned to the country to face legal proceedings in connection with the Rs 13,500-crore Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case. On Thursday, Ministry of External Affairs Secretary (West) Sibi George said India remains firmly committed to bringing fugitives back to the country and ensuring that they face the judicial process. "Law enforcement cooperation is a very important topic of discussion and also a very important aspect of our relationship with Belgium. All issues of concern and interest are discussed at all levels of our engagement," George said.
