India, June 6 -- India strongly rebuked Pakistan at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), accusing Islamabad of repeatedly misusing international platforms to advance its political agenda on Jammu and Kashmir. Responding to Pakistan's remarks during the UN session, the Indian delegation reaffirmed that Jammu and Kashmir "was, is and will always remain" an integral and inalienable part of India.

New Delhi said Pakistan's attempts to internationalise the Kashmir issue were unacceptable and reflected a continued effort to misuse global forums for political purposes.
