India post 211/6 against Pakistan in Asian Games cricket final as Abhishek, Tilak shine
India, Oct. 3 -- India posted a formidable 211 for six against Pakistan in the men's cricket final at the Asian Games on Saturday, powered by explosive half-centuries from Abhishek Sharma and Tilak Varma.
Abhishek smashed 61 off 28 balls, including seven sixes and three fours, while Tilak remained unbeaten on 51 off just 22 deliveries to give India a strong finish on a tricky pitch.
Abhishek tore into Pakistan's spin-heavy attack, bringing up his half-century in just 20 balls. The left-hander, who had also impressed against Pakistan during last year's Asia Cup, repeatedly cleared the boundary despite conditions favouring the spinners.
