India, Oct. 27 -- Hyderabad district collector Dr Priyanka Ala directed HDCCB officials to increase deposits and expand lending activities to provide loans to eligible beneficiaries across various sectors.

Presiding over the annual general body meeting of the Hyderabad District Cooperative Central Bank (HDCCB) in Begumpet on Tuesday, Priyanka Ala said that there is a need to strengthen cooperative banking services by increasing deposit mobilisation, expanding lending operations and taking special measures to systematically enhance bank staff capabilities.
