India, Aug. 11 -- The Himveer Wives Welfare Association (HWWA), the welfare organisation dedicated to the families of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel, celebrated Hariyali Teej with great enthusiasm and traditional fervour on Monday. The vibrant event was hosted by the 22nd Battalion, ITBP, at Tigri Camp, New Delhi.

The celebration featured a range of colourful cultural performances, traditional games, Mehendi, the Teej queen competition, and other festive activities. Traditional swings (jhoolas) and folk songs added to the festive atmosphere, reflecting the richness of India's cultural heritage.
