India, Nov. 5 -- Vedanta group firm Hindustan Zinc Ltd (HZL) on Thursday said that it has signed 11 pacts with industry partners to develop an industrial park in Rajasthan's Bhilwara, reinforcing its plan to create a dedicated downstream zinc manufacturing hub.

Under the agreement, the partners have expressed their intent to establish manufacturing, engineering and service operations at the proposed park, linked to zinc-based and allied value chains, where Hindustan Zinc will extend ecosystem support to the proposed operations.
