India, Sept. 15 -- Kalyan Bainsla, the driver accused of hitting a woman biker on Golf Course Road, was arrested from Rajgarh in Rajasthan on Tuesday, police said, two days after his speeding Ciaz allegedly rammed into her Aprilia RS 457.

The biker, Shivani Chauhan, who identifies herself as Sia on social media, had alleged that Bainsla deliberately drove his car into her motorcycle and fled the spot.

Following her social media video, Gurugram Police added attempt to murder charges under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The case was initially registered at Sector 56 police station under Sections 281 and 125 of the BNS.
