India, May 19 -- The postmortem report of 24-year-old Deepika Nagar, whose family alleged she was murdered over dowry demands in Greater Noida, has revealed severe internal injuries, including brain bleeding and ruptured organs.

According to the report accessed by PTI, Deepika suffered a hematoma in the middle and left side of the brain, indicating internal bleeding. The report also stated that her liver, spleen and right kidney were ruptured.

Doctors further noted multiple contusions on her arm and thigh, while bleeding was found from her mouth and left nostril. Viscera samples have been preserved for forensic examination to determine the presence of any toxic substance.
