India, Oct. 9 -- Ghaziabad Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik heard public grievances under the 'Sambhav' programme and directed concerned officials to take prompt action on all 19 references received during the public hearing.

Of the 19 grievances, eight pertained to the Construction Department, one to the Health Department, one to the Horticulture Department, three to the Street Lighting Department, three to the Property Department, one to the Tax Department, and two to the Jal Kal (Water Works) Department.

The concerned departments of the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation immediately took action on the complaints.
