India, Oct. 30 -- The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) conducted a lottery draw at Hindi Bhawan, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad, for the allotment of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) houses constructed under Scheme No. 932/41D of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).

The houses are located in Shahbad alias Meethepur village (Khasra Nos. 46 and 47) and Mirzapur village (Khasra Nos. 126, 128 and 129). The draw was successfully conducted today in accordance with the prescribed rules and procedures, ensuring fairness, transparency and an orderly process.

Through the lottery draw, a total of 1,493 EWS houses were allotted, while 138 applicants were placed on the waiting list for consideration in the event of future allotments. The entire pro...
