India, Sept. 25 -- The 174th Board Meeting of the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) was held on Thursday at the Conference Hall of the GDA under the chairmanship of Bhanu Chandra Goswami, Commissioner, Meerut Division and Chairman of the Board.
