India, Sept. 11 -- On 10 September 2026, under the leadership of the Officer-in-Charge, Enforcement Zone-2, a demolition action was carried out by Anurag Garg and Pankaj Chaudhary against an illegal colony being developed over approximately 11,000 square metres at Khasra No 322, Village Mohaddinpur, Hisali-Kanoja Road, Muradnagar, and Ghaziabad.

During the inspection, it was found that illegal plotting had been carried out at the site. The developers had also encroached upon and incorporated drainage land into the illegal plotting. No valid approval or land records were produced at the site.

The construction/development work was stopped, and demolition proceedings were subsequently carried out against the illegal development.
