India, March 7 -- RGCIRC (Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre) organised a special half-day conference titled "Jeev Sharad: Shatam" - Wishing Young Cancer Warriors: Health, Happiness, and Hope, recently at Indraprastha Hall, Rohini. The event was jointly organised by the Department of Philanthropic & Patient Welfare Services and the Department of Pediatric Hematology Oncology & BMT.

The programme opened with leadership addresses from DS Negi, CEO at RGCIRC; D. S. Gangwar, Interim CEO and Ashok Aggarwal, Chairman at RGCIRC, all of whom emphasised the institute's long-standing commitment to comprehensive childhood cancer care.
