India, June 2 -- External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met Mario Voigt, Minister-President of the German state of Thuringia, along with his delegation, in New Delhi on Tuesday. The meeting focused on strengthening sub-national and bilateral cooperation between India and Germany.

In a post on social media, Jaishankar welcomed the strong support expressed for expanding India-Germany as well as India-European Union relations. He noted that the discussions covered key areas such as business opportunities, investment prospects, and technology partnerships between the two sides.
