India, Oct. 29 -- The Dumka district administration has distributed tractors and modern agricultural implements to 14 self-help groups (SHGs), Sakhi Mandals and farmer groups under the Mukhyamantri Tractor Vitran Yojana to promote farm mechanisation and improve rural livelihoods.

The distribution was organised by the District Soil Conservation Office for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26. Deputy Development Commissioner Aniket Sachan handed over the keys and sanction documents to the beneficiary groups.
