DMK again asks Rahul Gandhi to break silence on alleged TN voter deletions
India, Oct. 7 -- The DMK on Wednesday renewed its demand that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi speak out on alleged large-scale deletions of voters in Tamil Nadu, citing a media report that claimed the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise had an impact on the 2026 Assembly election results.
DMK spokesperson Saravanan Annadurai referred to the report in a post on X and questioned Gandhi's position on the issue.
Taking a swipe at the Congress leader, Annadurai wrote "Daro Math!" (don't be scared), contrasting Gandhi's allegations that elections were "stolen" in Bihar with what he described as his silence over developments in Tamil Nadu.
