India, Oct. 29 -- Preparations are underway for Chief Justice of India Surya Kant's visit to Deoghar on November 2, when a state-level Legal Services-cum-Empowerment Camp will be organised at the Civil Court premises.

A meeting to review the arrangements was held at the court premises on October 28 under the chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge Kaushal Kishore Jha. He directed officials concerned to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the programme.
