India, July 14 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta unveiled 'Mayur', the official mascot of the 22nd Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship 2026, ahead of the tournament scheduled to be held at Thyagraj Stadium from July 27 to August 2. Inspired by India's national bird, the peacock, the mascot features feathers representing the flags of participating Commonwealth nations, symbolising unity, friendship, and sportsmanship.

Speaking at the launch, Rekha Gupta said the championship would provide Delhi with an opportunity to showcase its sporting infrastructure on the global stage.
