India, March 24 -- Confirming Delhi's place among the richest States/UTs in the country, the Capital's per capita income is now INR 4.92 lakh, expected to reach INR 5,31 lakh as per Advance Estimate, placing it at No 3 spot after Sikkim and Goa, according to the latest Economic Survey of Delhi 2025-26, presented by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta in the Delhi Assembly on Monday.
In absolute GDP, Delhi ranks 11th in India. Its economy is much larger than that of Kerala, Haryana, Bihar, Odisha, Punjab and Assam.
