India, Sept. 29 -- A floral tribute and commemorative programme was organised at the office of the Delhi Minorities Commission on the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh. Delhi Minorities Commission Chairman Nirmal Jain, along with Members Kuldeep Singh and Mohammad Haroon, was prominently present on the occasion.
