India, Aug. 15 -- The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has set up special exhibitions at Rajiv Chowk and Kashmere Gate metro stations to mark Partition Horrors Remembrance Day, observed annually on August 14. The exhibitions will remain open for public viewing till August 21, 2026.

According to a statement issued by DMRC, the displays portray the horrors of Partition and its lasting impact on the country's shared history. The corporation said the initiative was designed to highlight the agony and suffering endured by millions of people affected by the division of India.
