India, July 5 -- A 48-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly killing his wife with a tawa (iron griddle) following a domestic dispute at their home in southwest Delhi's Najafgarh. According to police, the accused, who is reportedly unemployed and undergoing treatment for schizophrenia, walked into a nearby police station on Sunday morning and confessed to the crime. Officers immediately reached the house, where they found the woman critically injured. She was rushed to a hospital but was declared dead.
