India, Sept. 17 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday announced a series of welfare initiatives across the national capital to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 76th birthday, including a 108-Kundiya Hawan, a new organ donation portal, city-wide blood donation camps, and the launch of the NaMo Shramik Kendra for workers.

Gupta said a 108-Kundiya Hawan was conducted at Khatu Shyam Temple on GT Karnal Road, offering prayers for the Prime Minister's long life and continued service to the nation.
