India, May 4 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has issued a strict warning to the Managing Committee of Shakti Apartment in Dwarka for flouting norms laid by the housing authority, which is in complete violation of the rules of the Registrar of Cooperative Society (RCS).
Sources in DDA said that the president of the managing committee of Shakti RWA society in 2017-2021 had decided to sell/allot the area of ground floor, which had come out due to the Floor Area Expansion Project as new stilt parking priced at Rs 2,00,000/- per unit.
