India, Aug. 14 -- Dwarka, the mega sub-city of the national capital, is all set to have its first five-star hotel to cater to the proposed diplomatic enclave. Strategically located near Dwarka Golf Course, Yashobhoomi Convention Centre and Dwarka Sports Complex, it will strengthen Dwarka's hospitality and tourism ecosystem.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has signed an agreement with a hospitality group, Juniper Hotels Ltd, through its subsidiary Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited, to develop a five-star hotel in Sector 23, Dwarka, a project that is likely to create around 800 direct employment opportunities. The project involves a capital investment of over Rs 1000 crore.
