India, March 28 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has sold over 700 flats in its Karmayogi Awaas Yojana and Nagrik Awaas Yojana in Narela, indicating strong demand in the sub-city.

Giving details on Friday, the DDA said under the ongoing DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a dedicated scheme for serving as well as retired Government employees, it recently offered an additional 936 flats in Pocket 6, Sector A1-A4, Narela.

The booking commenced on March 26, 2026, on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami and witnessed an enthusiastic response, with over 400 flats booked within just 2 days.
