India, Nov. 6 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has opened a fresh housing opportunity for middle-income buyers, offering flats in Loknayakpuram, Jahangirpuri and Narela under its DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026. Registration begins on November 6, while bookings will open on November 16. Tentative prices range from around Rs 67 lakh to Rs 1.19 crore, depending on location and flat size.

According to the detailed annexure attached to the DDA circular dated November 3, the scheme offers 445 Middle Income Group (MIG) flats across the three locations.
