DDA cuts grievance pendency by over 85% in first half of 2026
India, Aug. 2 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has reduced grievance pendency by more than 85 per cent in the first half of this year, resolving nearly 20,000 complaints across multiple platforms, officials said on Saturday.
According to the DDA, pending grievances declined from 22,946 at the beginning of the year to 3,167 by the end of June.
A total of 19,779 grievances received through platforms including the LG Listening Post, CM Jan Sunwai/PGMS, DRMS, Mobile 311 and Samasya Nidan Sewa were resolved during the period, it said in a statement.
