India, Oct. 29 -- Cyclone Arnab weakened into a deep depression over north coastal Andhra Pradesh late on Wednesday, a day after it crossed the coast near Yanam and tore through 14 districts. Andhra Pradesh is counting crop damage across 2,24,489 hectares, and Odisha says 17 districts have been hit.
