Commercial LPG cylinder prices cut by Rs 192, ATF rates raised by Rs 5 per litre
India, Aug. 1 -- Prices of commercial LPG cylinders used by hotels and restaurants were cut by Rs 192 on Saturday, while aviation turbine fuel (ATF) rates were increased by Rs 5 per litre, following changes in international benchmark rates.
A 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi will now cost Rs 2,738, down from Rs 2,930, according to price data from state-owned oil companies. ATF prices have been raised to Rs 115 per litre from Rs 110.
The LPG reduction follows a cut of Rs 183.5 on July 1, marking the second consecutive monthly decline. The latest ATF revision reverses the reduction made last month.
