India, Aug. 12 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday slammed AAP MLA Anil Jha Vats after a video of him went viral online, where he is seen sitting in a vest and pair of shorts with a saffron cloth draped across his lap while signing documents for his constituents. Several people, including women, can be seen waiting in a queue in front of Jha's desk as he signs the documents.

The video was reportedly recorded while the MLA was signing application forms from constituents for a Delhi Government scheme providing financial assistance to women.
