India, July 25 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta chaired a high-level review meeting at the Delhi Secretariat on Friday to finalise preparations for the Kanwar Yatra during the holy month of Shravan.

The Chief Minister directed that welcome gates be set up at key entry points, flower showers arranged for arriving devotees, round-the-clock medical services deployed at all camps, and sanitation at Kanwar camps treated as the highest priority, with negligence at any level not tolerated.

The meeting was attended by Art and Culture Minister and Kanwar Committee Chairman Kapil Mishra, committee member MLAs Ajay Mahawar, Anil Sharma, Karnail Singh, Sanjay Goyal, and Umang Bajaj, and senior officials from concerned departments.
