India, July 14 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday participated in a plantation drive in the Model Town Assembly constituency as part of the Green Delhi Sankalp and Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaigns. During the campaign, around 1,100 saplings were planted across the area along central verges, beneath Metro corridors, and on both sides of roads, as the Delhi Government pushes toward its target of planting 70 lakh saplings across the Capital.

Local MLA Ashok Goel, residents, RWA representatives, and other citizens attended the drive.
