India, Feb. 24 -- Marking one year of her government, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday said the past 365 days have laid a "strong foundation for a Viksit Delhi" through transparency, infrastructure push and digital governance reforms.

Addressing a public programme at Namo Ground in Khajuri Chowk under the North East Delhi Parliamentary Constituency, the Chief Minister described the first year in office as a period defined by "public trust, commitment to service and the outcomes of good governance".
