India, Aug. 15 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta attended the Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav 2026 at Bharat Mandapam on Friday. The Chief Minister described trade and entrepreneurship as strong pillars of India's economic strength under the Viksit Bharat vision.

The festival, organised to coincide with Independence Day, serves as a national platform to showcase India's trade potential, entrepreneurship, innovation and self-reliance. The Chief Minister extended her best wishes to the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) for organising the event, calling it more than a trade exhibition.
