India, Sept. 3 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta held a public hearing at the Chief Minister's Janseva Sadan on Wednesday. The Chief Minister directly interacted with citizens from across the city, hearing their complaints and directing officials to ensure time-bound resolution based on the seriousness of each case.

The Chief Minister said the Government's doors must always remain open to citizens, who should be able to approach the administration directly, have their concerns heard with sensitivity, and not be forced to make repeated rounds of Government offices for a resolution. She described this approach as the working culture of the current Delhi Government.
