India, Oct. 22 -- Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) leaders Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and Ajinkya Shinde skipped questioning by the Delhi Police Crime Branch on Thursday after seeking additional time to appear. The three had been summoned to the Crime Branch office in Rajouri Garden at noon. Police are expected to issue fresh summons.

The questioning is linked to cases registered following a CJP protest on October 13, when party members attempted to reach Jantar Mantar to demand the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
