India, April 30 -- A representative of a spiritual organisation has accused several people of forming a gang and fraudulently selling the organisation's land in Noida worth crores of rupees.
Following a court order, the complainant has filed a case at Sector-24 police station, naming seven people. GR Chandramohan, a resident of Bhilai Bhatti in Chhattisgarh, stated in his petition to the court that he is the general secretary of The Spiritual Regeneration Movement Foundation of India. Akash Malviya is the authorised signatory on behalf of the organisation. The organisation owns 33,610 square metres of land in Gejha Tilpatabad village.
