India, July 11 -- A court here on Friday deferred till July 13 its order on the anticipatory bail plea of educator Faisal Khan, popularly known as 'Khan Sir', in the coaching institute firing case, citing that the district judge was on leave.

On Wednesday, it reserved the order after hearing final arguments from both sides.

The case relates to a firing incident that occurred in early June after a group of miscreants allegedly vandalised Khan's coaching institute. His security guards are accused of opening fire during the incident.

"The District Judge was on leave, so the order could not be pronounced today. It has been deferred till Monday," Khan's counsel Arvind Kumar Mouar said.
